Good News for Freelancers: LinkedIn has now launched 'Services' feature

As the trend of freelancing has raised in last few years, stake holders in social media industry are trying to giving relevant tools and features to their users. According to latest freelancing news, small and medium sized businesses are using social media for their corporate purposes.

They want to get engaged maximum of internet users on their platform. You’re well aware of job section on Facebook where you can search and apply for relevant jobs.

 LinkedIn has now launched a new feature for their users.  Now, LinkedIn users can enlist their services which they’re offering.

While announcing this new feature LinkedIn team has mentioned the reason, that majority of their users belongs to small businesses and this feature will enhance their business conversion.

By using this new feature you can list services just like any other freelance marketplace. It will appear on your profile, when any client or company will be considering you.

You can use this feature by visiting your profile and following the procedure given below:

  • Visit your profile page, you’ll see a box just below your profile picture.
  • Click “Add Services” and fill out the fields.
  • Click “Continue”, your listed services will be visible on your profile.

LinkedIn has just enabled this feature to their premium subscribers in U.S. This fall, it will enable for all other LinkedIn users in U.S .
